Booking General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions will apply to all wine tourism services offered by MASAVEU BODEGAS on this website. These General Terms and Conditions will be in effect for all services offered and may be modified without prior notice, with changes not affecting purchases already made up to that point.

Booking Formalization

Through the reservation process, the customer can include a wine tourism service and any extras if available. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue by filling in personal data (depending on each service) to complete the final payment step. Payment data is not stored on this site, so it is the responsibility of the financial entity that manages them (redsys or Bizum). Before proceeding with payment, remember to carefully read the specific conditions of each service, which always indicate the individual conditions for cancellation and modification of the purchase.

Booking Modification and/or Cancellation

Through the cancellation or modification process, you can change the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved places (at no cost as long as it is within the established timeframe). You cannot increase places; for this, you must make another reservation. If the reduction in places involves a financial refund, this will be done automatically to your card or Bizum service.

General Terms and Conditions for Gift pre-booking

If you have purchased our wine tourism experience gift service or received a gift, you should know that by default, gifts are subject to NO right of withdrawal. No changes or refunds are allowed on the purchase. For any changes in dates, the system allows you to make as many as you wish as long as there is availability. However, if MASAVEU BODEGAS fails to provide the service, it will proceed with a total or partial refund of the amount paid for the purchase, in the event that the reservation at the Winery is not possible within the initially planned timeframes. All of this without prejudice to any claims that may be appropriate under applicable civil and commercial regulations

Conditions for Reservations Acquired Through Our Website

Reservations or single-day and time-specific tickets acquired in accordance with the provisions of this document and received by the user in their email will have the same value as if they had been physically acquired at the Winery. The Website user may:

• Print their tickets and bring them on their visit.
• Download the .pdf file received by email on their mobile device and show them at the Winery entrance.
• Download the tickets received in their email in passbook format.

Incidents with the Booking Sales Service

Any incident related to the use and operation of the booking and gift system should be notified to the email address found at the footer of our website in any of the contact forms.

Modifications to the Conditions and Website

BODEGAS MASAVEU reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to these conditions, the Website, and the services provided at any time without prior notification. Consequently, BODEGAS MASAVEU may change, remove, or add both the contents and services provided through the Website, as well as the form of presentation or location of the Website, including temporarily or permanently suspending its operation.

Intellectual Property

The texts (information, concepts, opinions, and other analogous content) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code, and other analogous content) that constitute the Portal and are disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of BODEGAS MASAVEU.
